Skinning WeathAlert:

To skin weathalert, you must create a subdirectory, "icons" where the main executable is located. In it, you must place the icons for the weather icons you wish to skin. The program will look for the icon name with any of the following extensions: .jpg, .gif, .png, and .bmp; .png is preferred, so that the background will be transparent. Don't bother making them any larger than 88x88. I wouldn't recommend deriving the default icons, they're from weather.com (some I edited to reflect what's actually on the site, but nevertheless).

The filename for each icon is a simple number (except for na); therefore, if you wish to replace icon 0 with a png, there should be a file "(weathalert directory)\icons\0.png". Simple.

The number of each icon and its description follows (look at the thumbnails):
0-rain and thundercloud with lightning
